- What size storage space will I require?
- All Storage Pty Ltd has a variety of storage spaces. Either click on ‘Storage Estimator’ shown on our All Storage home page and list the items you have to find out what sized unit you will need or alternatively make a list of your items to be stored, contact one of our friendly staff and they will assist you in determining a suitable size. -top -
- How do I bring my goods in?
- There are several ways to bring your goods in! All Storage Pty Ltd offers a Courtesy Truck* or Trailer* for your move-in. *(conditions apply) Alternatively, we can recommend a number of reliable removal firms. Once you arrive at our facility, you have the free use of our trolleys and pallet jacks and for those with a first floor unit, a goods hoist for easy access to your unit. -top -
- Do I share a storage space with anyone else?
- No, you get your own individual space. You may purchase a padlock from us or bring your own. Once locked, only you or your nominated representative will hold the key. If you are storing a vehicle, boat or caravan, these will be stored in our warehouse area. Storer’s will be required to provide Identification prior to accessing this area. For security reasons storer’s may only be permitted to do so with an All Storage staff member present. -top -
- Can anyone else access my storage space?
- You are the only person with the key to your space, no one else other than the person you give your key to can access your space. However, under certain circumstances, the owner/representative of All Storage Pty. Ltd may need to access your storage space in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Self Storage Agreement. - When can I access my goods?
- You may access your goods as many times as you like within our normal opening hours. Hours are currently as follows: Mayfield: 8am – 5pm Mon-Friday, 8am – 4 pm Sat, 9am - 1pm Sun. Belmont: 8am – 5pm Mon- Friday, 8am – 4 pm Sat. 9am - 1pm Sun. Cardiff. 8am – 5pm Mon – Friday, 8am – 4 pm Sat, 9am – 12pm Sun.
- How often do I have to make payments?
- All rental payments are payable monthly in advance, on a month to month basis. You may make longer term pre-payments and receive a discount for doing so. Please ask for details. -top -
- Is there a discount for long term storage or multiple units?
- Yes. You will receive a 10% discount for payments made in advance of 6 months or longer. You may also receive a discount for two units or more, please ask us for details -top -
- Can I receive my storage account by email?
- Yes. We will gladly organise this for you. -top -
- What methods of payment can I use?
- All Storage has facilities for EFTPOS, credit card, direct deposit, payment by phone with your credit card, cash or cheque. Please ask for our bank account details if you wish to pay by internet banking. -top -
- Can I move to a smaller or larger space if my needs change?
- Yes you can. Just speak with one our Storage consultants and they will advise you about the best options to suit your needs. -top -
- If I wish to move out, how much notice do I have to give?
- We require (7) days notice prior to vacating your storage unit, this may be Written or verbal advice. On the day of the move-out we will ask you to complete a Move-Out Form as confirmation of your move out. -top -
- What other services do you provide?
- We provide packaging and boxes, packing tape, chair, lounge and mattress covers, padlocks. We have a reception/meeting area with tea/coffee making facilities. Cold drink and snack vending machines on site. We offer free use of our trolleys, pallet jacks, and forklift* (conditions apply). If there are any other services you may require please speak to our representative, we are always happy to assist where we can. -top -
